Terra Cotta Pasta Owner and Chef Kevin Cambridge creates signature hand-crafted pasta and sauces at his production facility in downtown Dover, New Hampshire. From this location, he has been selling authentic Italian pasta products at his retail shop and directly to a few restaurants since the early 90's. Chef Kevin is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has expanded to several retail locations in Kittery and Portland maine, and now at the bustling Fiddlehand Farms Marketplace in Dover.
